How to volunteer with Coastal Plains FCA:

  1. Contact you FCA Staff Person
  2. Read through the list of volunteer opportunities and pray through which one best fits you.
  3. Complete a Ministry Leadership Application Form
  4. Complete the E3 Discipleship Course

  • Character Coach

    An FCA Character coach is a volunteer that is E3 Trained and engages, equips and empowers coaches and athletes spiritually, through personal, character, and leadership development. 

  • Huddle Coach

    An adult who facilitates an Athlete Leadership Team along with a Campus Multi-Sport Huddle. 

  • Athlete Leader

    Student Athletes trained in E3 Discipleship who want to become more involved on their teams and campus by being a leader in their faith. 

  • Leadership Board

    Coastal Plains has a local Leadership Board made up of community leaders who feel called to help fulfill the FCA Vision and Mission in our local area. If you are interested in learning more or potentially serving in this role, email kcarr@fca.org 

  • Church Partnership

    As part of our Character Coach Initiative, we partner with local churches to provide the resource of volunteers to move outside the walls of the church and serve our local Coaches and Athletes.

E3 Discipleship Training 

Jesus gives a clear command: His disciples are to make more disciples. The command gives direction along with the authority necessary to fulfill the task. We call this discipleship multiplication. We define discipleship in two parts: personal transformation and public multiplication. The E3 journey will Engage, Equip, and Empower you with principles for both personal transformation and public multiplication. You weren’t created just to sit and receive.
